FAQ
I run cold in general, I’m wondering if I will enjoy winter camping?
How do we go to the washroom and what about showering?
To enhance your comfort in the backcountry, we provide custom-made toilets designed for durability and convenience. Each unit consists of a heavy-duty bucket with specialized bags and an attached seat. In alignment with our “leave no trace” policy, we helicopter out all human waste to ensure the pristine environment remains undisturbed.
Please note that we do not offer shower facilities. We highly recommend bringing unscented hygiene wipes for personal cleaning. If weather conditions permit and depending on our location, we may boil extra water for use with towels to refresh our faces and maintain hygiene.
Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize both comfort and environmental responsibility!
